Requesting a Cancellation
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at agplas@outlook.com or +60 11-1326 9047, quoting your order number and contact details. We will check whether the order can still be cancelled.
When Cancellation Is Available
A cancellation may be accepted only if the order has not been processed, packed or handed to a courier. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot normally be cancelled and will instead be handled under our return, refund and exchange policy where applicable.
Refunds for Approved Cancellations
Where a cancellation is approved after payment has been received, any refund will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
Changes to Orders
Requests to change an item, quantity, delivery address or contact details are subject to the same timing and operational limitations as cancellation requests. We cannot guarantee that a requested change can be made after an order has been processed.
