Quotations and Availability
Bulk pricing, minimum quantities, lead times and availability are considered individually. A quotation is valid only for the period stated in it and is subject to stock availability. A quotation does not reserve stock or create an order until we confirm acceptance.
Samples, Payment and Delivery
Any sample, deposit, payment terms, delivery arrangement or special requirement will be stated in the accepted quotation or order confirmation. Bulk orders are delivered under the Shipping Policy unless a written agreement states otherwise.
Changes and Returns
Changes or cancellations must be requested promptly and can be accepted only before fulfilment work has started. Return, refund and exchange requests are assessed under the Refund, Return and Exchange Policy, except where a written bulk-order agreement provides otherwise.
